Curious on what food is growing in Gothenburg? The movement is growing! Wanna be apart of it? On the safari you will get to visit a couple of farms, meet the farmers, hear their story and taste their produce. Last year of 2016 we organized more than 6 urban farming safaris were we visited everything from commercial farms and restaurant gardens to educational gardena, community gardens and social farms. We leanr how you growing vegetables, fish and mushrooms. We went into urban greenhouses, rooftop gardens and even indoor farms both in the city center and in the suburbs.

Biodiversity safari
The 22 of May it is the international day for biodiversity. The Foodprint Lab will celebrate this by arranging an Urban Farming Safari focused on the great biodiversity Gothenburg offers in its various urban farms.
